GunCases.com also proudly offers FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping to all U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses on most orders over $29.95. For your convenience, most orders under $29.95 within the contiguous 48 states are charged a flat $6.99 UPS shipping fee for UPS Ground service or the applicable USPS charge as calculated by our website.

Competitive shipping rates apply on all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands). To receive an exact shipping cost for orders not qualifying for free shipping, please use the online shipping calculator.

Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from our Northbrook, Illinois warehouse. An email notification is automatically sent upon shipment allowing you to track your package and to determine an estimated time of arrival.

We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. After 30 days from the date of receipt, please contact the manufacturer for possible repair or replacement.

All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once completed, please print and attach the RMA Tag to the outside of the box and return the merchandise immediately as the RMA number is only active for 10 days from the date of submission. Certain items require pre-authorization prior to shipping the merchandise back to GunCases.com. In order to be authorized, customers must fill out the RMA form for a pre-authorization of the return. If the return is authorized, a GunCases.com Representative will contact you via phone or email within 1-3 business days to issue a RMA number and provide return instructions. Please note that the request for a return does not constitute authorization to return the merchandise.

Please be aware that all returns are subject to GunCases.com's Return Conditions. Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included.

We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value and safely wrapping items to prevent shipping damage. Charges associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective, incorrect or broken.
