At GunCases, we know sometimes plans change, and that's why we make it easy to cancel your orders! If you decide you would no longer like an item that you ordered, you can cancel it any time before we begin preparing the item for shipment.

Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about order cancellation.
From the Order Status page, you can cancel your order at any time using the "Cancel My Order" button.
Absolutely! We will send you a cancellation confirmation email and update your order status on your cancellation request is complete.
An item cannot be cancelled once it is in the process of being shipped. A return may be possible - please see our Return Policy for details.
At this time, the easiest way to accomplish this is to cancel the item you no longer would like and place a new order for the replacement item. If for some reason you cannot do this, please Contact us via phone or email.
When the order is first placed, we authorize your payment method to ensure you have sufficient funds for your order. We do not collect this money from your payment method. We only collect funds once an item is in the process of being shipped. If you can cancel your order, this means we have not collected any funds.
When any item is cancelled, we release that authorization and let your bank, credit card company, or PayPal know we will not be collecting these funds immediately. Your payment provider may then take up to 2 weeks to revoke the authorization and return any funds to you.
While we wish we could help, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process. Your bank, credit card company, or PayPal may be able to assist you in the event that funds are not returned promptly.
