What does the "Check Availability" button do?

When you click the "check availability" button, we use internal data and data provided by our procurement partnersto come up with an estimate that gives you an idea of how long before we will be able to ship out an item.

Does that include time in transit?

No, the time to ship is just an estimate of how long before we will ship via your preferred shipping method. We offer a variety of shipping options so that you can pick the method that fits your needs.

Do international orders take longer to ship?

For some items, we may not be able to ship them internationally within the specified time frame due to the additional processing time required for international orders. We value our international customers and will do everything we can to meet or exceed the estimate provided in as many cases as possible.

What does "Please call us for this product's availability" mean?

If we cannot provide a good estimate, we won't give one. We want to be straightforward and transparent with you, our valued customer. As such, for these specific items we prefer you contact us, so one of our highly trained customer service specialists can give you more information about the availability of the product.

If you can ship the item earlier, will you do so?

In most cases, we absolutely will! One of the rare exceptions would be for low-priced items that are part of a larger multi-item order. We're sure you can understand how economically unfeasible to ship low-priced items due to the high cost of each individual shipment.

Are there factors that would delay shipment beyond your estimate?

In some rare cases, there could be a delay beyond the estimate we provide. If there is a delay, here are the most common reasons:

  • Restricted Item - If the government restricts an item for sale in the United States or for export, it will take a little longer to process.
  • Payment Verification Issues - We routinely verify payment information for the security of our customers.
  • Unforeseen delay from a supplier - We work with our suppliers to make sure that we have what you want when you want it, but occasionally suppliers will have unforeseen delays in production or shipment.
